He was predeceased by: his father Bill O'Brien. He is survived by: his mother Orla O'Brien; his wife Judy; his daughters, Holly Michalak (Adam) and Rachel Michalak (Corey); his grandchildren, Abby, Collin, Julianne and Madison; and his brother Fred.
