He was predeceased by: his parents, Angelo Mifsud and Rita Mifsud; and his brothers, Charles, Joseph, John and Victor.
He is survived by: his wife Jewell Frazier; his children, Jeff (Lisa), Jason (Paula) and Melanie; and his sister Mari Walicki (Ray). He is also survived by several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
