She was predeceased by: her parents, Irving L. Johnson and Melissa M. Johnson (Hunt); her husband Neil Kenneth Hoag; and her siblings, Mildred and Harold.
She is survived by: her children, Linda Coggins (Kit) of Hartford, MI, David Hoag of Longmont, CO, Peter Hoag (Laurie) of Allegan, MI and Melissa Flett of Mead, CO.; and her brother Irving Johnson (Pete) of Divide, CO. She is also survived by 14 grandchildren, 30 great grandchildren, and nine great great grandchildren.
