He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Wait and Marie Wait (Maxant); his wife Marcia Wait (Shimmons); and his brother Allen Wait (Rachel). He is survived by: his sister Sandra Bale (Jack); his children, Jody Wagner (Mike), Ronnie Wait, Steven Wait (Laura) and Fred Wait (Sandy); his grandchildren, Erin O'Reilly, Megan O'Reilly, Sean O'Reilly (Kourtney), Sean Schmitt (Brandye), Jessica Wait, Kyle Wait and Haley Wait; and his great grandchildren, Owen Scott, Delaney O'Reilly, McKinley O'Reilly and Landrey O'Reilly.
In accordance with recent regulations regarding the pandemic, and in an effort to maintain the health and safety of loved ones, funeral services will be held privately with burial at Hudson Corners Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in Roland's name to Autism Alliance of Michigan, 30100 Telegraph Rd., Bingham Farms, MI 48025.
