He was predeceased by: his parent Thor Kaarlie; and his former wife Norma Kaarlie (Halter). He is survived by: his parent Anna Mae Kaarlie (Clark); his spouse Donna Kaarlie (Shidler); his children, Charles Kaarlie, Richard Kaarlie and Tammy Stewart; his stepchildren, Debra Bell, Douglas Bell and Jeffrey Bell; and his sister Sharon Koren. He is also survived by many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
