She is survived by: her parent Blanche Callaway (Thompson); and her children, Cleve Simmons (Katie), Richard Simmons (Shelly Johnson) and Mickey Jackson (Keith). She is also survived by 10 Grandchildren and 13 Great-Grandchildren.
