She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, John Martin and Viola Martin (Gentz); her husband Michael B. Cook; and her children, Michael J. Cook, Leisa Vollink (Gerald), Sarah Conolly (Paul) and Amanda Cook Fesperman (Jeff). She was also cherished by six grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, her family has asked that donations be made to the Congregational Kitchen at 323 Cutler St., Allegan, MI 49010.
