She is survived by: her son Michael Hammer (Tina); her grandchildren, Aubrie and Alyssa Hammer; her daughter Heather Thomson; her grandchildren, Caitlynn Thomson and Brayla Boulter; her siblings, Jim Phelps and Myrtle Bloomfield (Mark); and her sister-in-law Chris Gomber.
