He was predeceased by: his parents, William Kling and Rose Kling (Winters); his siblings, William, Arthur Kling, Myrtle Bolton, Loretta Harder, Norma Bolton and Crystal Somervill; and his stepson James Norris.
He is survived by: his wife Shirley Norris; his children, Randy Kling, Roger Kling (Genia) and Dale Kling; and his stepson Steven Norris. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren; 7 step-grandchildren; several great-grandchildren along with many nieces and nephews.
