He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Moored and Wilma Moored (Busfield); his wife Sally Monroe; his daughter Wendy Moored; and his sister Phyllis Drozd.
He is survived by: his sons, Joseph Moored (Jasmine), Mark Moored (Krista) and Lon Moored (Cathy); his siblings, Raymond Moored (AnnMarie Briggs) and Barbara Jerue; and his close friend Leona McKee. He is also survived by five grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
