He was predeceased by: his parents, Warren Fisk and Helen Marguerite Fisk (Ohnsman); and his brother Robert Fisk. He is survived by: his daughters, Penny Bursma (Todd) and Angie Bender (Scott); his brother Gary Fisk; his grandchildren, Justin Bender, Elizabeth Bender, Calvin Bender, Sienna Bender, Christopher Gallagher (Alex), Chelsee Bursma (Max) and Carlee Bursma; and his great grandchildren, Colton and Carson Gallagher.
