It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Karen Christine Spraggins of Allegan, Michigan, who passed away on May 17, 2023, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her mothers, Roslyn Gowens (Ross) and Vivian Gowens (Chandler); and her husband Cornell Spraggins. She is survived by: her sons, Roberto "Robbie" Montalvo, Renaldo "Nonnie" (Montalvo) and Ricardo "Ricky" Montalvo; her brother Ronald "Ronnie" Gowens; her son Thomas "Tommy" Montalvo; and her siblings, Yvonne Gowens, Michael Gowens, Gloria Younger and David Gowens, Sr.. She is also survived by many grandchildren and great-grandchildren; and nieces and nephews.
