He was predeceased by: his children, Hannah and Nickolas; and his brother David. He is survived by: his fiancée Kathy Rewalt of Allegan, Michigan; his son Joe of Arizona; his stepchildren, Austin Rewalt and Amber Birmingham; his siblings, Jim, Sheri, Kathy and Debbie; and his close friends, English Cream Retrievers, Dougie and Bailey. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
