He is survived by: his wife Charlene Welder Mohr; his children, Kylin Wiersma (Donald), Nicole Sand (Daniel) and Aaron Mohr (Tabetha); and his grandchildren, Ellie, Gabby, Sara, Lauren, Nickolas and Valerie.
