He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Laurie (Delores Kotesky Trutsch); his brothers, Philip, Thomas Trutsch, Phillip, David and James Trutsch; his children, Scott Trutsch, Karen Monterusso (Tom), Susanne Boyd (Pete) and Heidi Wolf (Tom); his grandchildren, Jodi Johnson (Joshua), Jacquelyn Wakely (Doug), Julie Gomez (Martin), Jonathon Schumaker (Amie), Holly Van (Jeremy), Noah Boyd, Margaret Slavich (Anthony), Sadie Boyd (Jeremy Zimmerman), Brian Wolf and Caroline Delor (Tom); and his great grandchildren, Henry, Allen, Katelyn Johnson, Lincoln Wakely, Maci, Oscar, Rozalyn Gomez, Peter, Tessa, Betty Van, Danika Slavich and Carson Zimmerman.
Visitation will be held on Friday, April 25th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM, from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Saturday, April 26th 2025 at 10:00 AM. A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, April 26th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the First Congregational Church of Allegan (323 Cutler St, Allegan, MI 49010).
In honor of Al and in lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Tunnels to Towers Foundation, which helps Veterans.
