He was predeceased by: his parents, Russell Madison Williams and Stella Novella Stinocher (Frank); his sisters, Sandy Dannen, Janet Williams and Margie Williams; and his brother-in-law Curtis Howe.
He is survived by: his wife Nora Balgoyen-Williams; his children, Chase Williams, Carson Williams and Rev. Zachery Ender (Beth); his grandchildren, Susanna, Talitha, Christiana and Jonathan Ender; his siblings, Robert Williams (Barb), Jean Howe, Jerry Williams (Willie), Rick Williams (Anna) and Butch Williams; his brother-in-law Jerry Dannen; his parents-in-law, Bill Balgoyen and Tita Balgoyen; and his brothers-in-law, Eric Balgoyen (Amy), Ken Balgoyen, Marvin Balgoyen and Paul Balgoyen. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
