We are sad to announce that on August 26, 2018, at the age of 72, Donald Shears (Allegan, Michigan), born in Owosso, Michigan passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parent Jack Edward; his daughter Cassandra Jenkins; and his stepchildren, Jim Deater and Martha Deater. He is survived by: his parent Doris Emily Shears (Spencer); his spouse Naomaie Shears (Riddle); his children, Gloria McFarland (Steve Beard), Cynthia Gilbert (Daniel), Billie Dent (Russell), Larry Shears, Amy Hitchcock (Jimmy), Karry Shears (Melissa), Duane Shears (Tammy), Christopher Shears (Stephanie) and Amanda McKenzie (Michael); his stepchildren, Franklin Deater (Cheryl), Larry Deater, Douglas Deater (Julia) and David Deater (Lori); and his siblings, Ruth Hungerford (James Garland), Jacquelyn Walker, Linda Curtis (Gary), Jack Shears (Denise) and Lorn Shears (Nancy). He is also survived by four grandchildren; numerous great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
