He was predeceased by: his parent Jack Matthew DeVriendt. He is survived by: his parent Veronica Carolyn DeVriendt (Koone); his spouse Sherry Lou DeVriendt (Walthius); his children, Christine DeVriendt Karas (Tony), Kelly DeVriendt Mangus (Bob) and John DeVriendt; his stepchildren, Cinnamon Laux and Garren LaMonte; and his siblings, Mike DeVriendt and Karen DeVriendt O'Dowd. He is also survived by twelve grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.
