He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Herbert Boyd and Ethel Boyd Connelly; his close friend Debra Boyd; his siblings, Lyric Murphy, Cameron Scroggins and Shawn Allen; his parents-in-law, Jimmy Boyd (Ella), Stanely Boyd (Gail), Rosemary Yates and Linda Roach; and his grandchildren, Rodney Russell, Wade Anderson, Linda, Roy Slinkman and Pam.
