He is survived by: his daughter Amanda M. Focke (Britt A. Focke); his grandsons, Talon R. Focke (April Focke), Jackson F. Focke and Gannon D. Focke; his nieces, Jolene Brouwer (Jerome Rader), Tara Brouwer and Samantha Brouwer; his close friend Judy Whitmore; and his pet Dually.
