He was predeceased by: his parents, Bernard Lee and Cornelia Sheaffer. He is survived by: his wife Eleanor Mae Reimink; his children, Kevin Sheaffer (Lisa) and Darla Melvin (Jeff); his siblings, Leonard Sheaffer (Carol) and Vicki Tye; and his granddaughters, Ashley Powers (Mike), Alison Smith (David), Taylor Roblyer (Devin) and Hayley Sheaffer.
