He is survived by: his wife Susan; his children, Pamela Meade of Gobles, MI, Kimberly Templin (Jack) of Allegan, MI, Debora Meade of Otsego, MI, Allen Meade Jr. (Sonya) of Ennis, TX, Sheila Lively of Plainwell, MI and Tammie Cava (Aisake) of Lincoln Park, MI.; and his siblings, Joseph Meade (Cheryl) of Allegan, MI and Lucy Steinberg of Plainwell, MI. He is also survived by several grandchildren and great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to Allegan County Medical Care Community or Hospice of Holland.
