Alden Nielsen Obituary

We are sad to announce that on May 28, 2020, at the age of 89, Alden Nielsen of Allegan, Michigan passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Adler Nielsen and Ethel Nielsen (Clark); his wife Eleanor L. Nielsen (Huff); his siblings, Louise Nielsen, Arlene Morse (Don), Harry Nielsen (Carrie) and Mart Nielsen (June); and his sister-in-law Carolyn Himmelein.

He is survived by: his children, Tim Nielsen (Linda), Chris Nielsen and Anita Sponseller (David); his grandchildren, Matt Nielsen (Shaye), David Nielsen (Mandy), Steve Nielsen (Rachel), Jerrica Dominique, Allison Nielsen and Rachel Sponseller; his great grandchildren, Marcus, Eli, Hannah and Evelyn; and his brothers-in-law, Phil Himmelein and Donald Huff (Beverly). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Donations to Allegan United Methodist Church, Dollars for Scholars, Vicinia Gardens or Kindred Hospice are suggested.
