It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Sandra Lee Haapala of Algonac, Michigan, born in Detroit, Michigan, who passed away on April 13, 2021, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, John Haapala and Myrtle Haapala; her daughter Shelley Danborn; and her grandson Shane Danborn. She is survived by: her daughters, Suzanne Tolliver (Kurt) and Stacie Davey (Bob); her sister Lois Korzecke (Ron); and her grandchildren, Melanie, Cody Patterson and Justin Johnson.
Sandra loved doing charity work, which included helping out at the churches, bible study and the youth group.
