He is survived by: his wife Darlene Macuga; his children, Suzanne Kozinski, Michael Macuga (Mary) and Greg Macuga (Cindy); his grandchildren, Mitchell Macuga, Shelby Macuga and Emily Macuga; and his brother Jerome Macuga (Charlene).
