With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Richard L. Hoover of Algonac, Michigan, who passed away on December 13, 2022 at the age of 84. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his father Lyle Hoover; his son Richard "Rick" Hoover; his sister Noreene Romps; and his siblings-in-law, Nick Licari and Pat Hoover.
He is survived by: his children, Brenda Pams (Don), Mark Hoover (Filisity) and Kelly Dery (Mark); his grandchildren, Michael Caiger (Heather), Adam Hoover (Sarah), Kirsten Hoover, Jamie Hoover, Samantha Caiger (Ryan Hayes), Logan Hoover (Amanda), Casey Hoover, Elia Hoover and Sara Dery; his great grandchildren, Julianna, Isabella Caiger, Brody, Fionna, Lainey and Adalyn Hoover; and his siblings, Diane Hoover-Licari, Lyle C. Hoover Jr. and Tom Hoover (Sandy). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
