It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Peter James Meldrum Sr. of Algonac, Michigan, who passed away on October 17, 2023, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Karl Meldrum and Frances Meldrum; his siblings, Paul, William, John Meldrum and Theresa Werner; and his grandson Andrew Przeslawski.
He is survived by: his children, Shelly and JoJo; his wife Darlene; his children, Michelle Przeslawski (John), Marie Heyl (Howard), Beth Perilstein (Max), Joann Byerly (Matt), Peter Jr. Meldrum (Tiffany) and Darlene Saddler (Steve); his grandchildren, Brenna Przeslawski, Scott Przeslawski, Jonathan Heyl, Kara Lictawa (Griffen), Natalie Perilstein, Zachary Perilstein, Kourtney Young (Cardell), Shelby Willey (Kyle), Evelyn Meldrum, Carson Meldrum and Estee Dale; his great grandchildren, Kalli Young, Kyle Willey Jr. and Allison Willey; and his siblings, Mike Meldrum (Fran), Mary Gooden (David), Tony Meldrum (Debbie), Joan Meldrum, Carla Bayly (Chuck) and Mark Meldrum.
