He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, William Stier and Edna Stier; his wife Angela M. Winter; his children, April Ann Stier and Eric Dale Stier; his son-in-law Benjamin Pelon; his grandchildren, Skyy Pelon and Skully Stier; his brother William Stier (Gay); his brother-in-law Ronald A. Winter; and his brothers, Gary Stier and Dennis Stier. He was also cherished by several nieces and nephews.
