He was predeceased by: his father Clarence Blain; and his siblings, Clarence, Carol, Robert and Donald Blain.

He is survived by: his son Charles Blain (Rhonda); his granddaughter Nicole Blain; and his friend Mike Sharrow (Pam). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews as well as great nieces and nephews.
