He is survived by: his mother Clara Goltz; his wife Jennifer Porzondek; his children, Devon Miller (Joe Milke) and David Miller Jr.; his grandsons, Leo and Hudson Miller-Milke; his siblings, Dennis Miller (Sandra), Sherry Frantz (Mick), James Miller (Angie) and Jason Miller (Nicole); his mother-in-law Susan Porzondek; his siblings-in-law, Larry Jr. Porzondek (Tina), Gary Porzondek (Laura) and Tammy Lewicki (Randy); and his pets, Cash and Carter. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
