Neff (Algonac, Michigan), born in Detroit, Michigan, who passed away on May 16, 2021, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Ernest Billy Neff; her sons, Paul and Ken; and her brother Larry Zabel. She is survived by: her daughter Carol Dewitte (Jeffrey); her grandchildren, Chelsea, Jeffrey, Collin and Melanie; her great grandchildren, Mackenzie and Madison; and her sister Lenore Anderson.

Memorials may be made to the First Evangelical Lutheran Church.
