He is survived by: his daughter Amanda Onderdonk (Lucas); his sisters, Patricia Plumb and Bonnie Fournier (Mark); his nephews, Aaron Plumb, Corey Plumb and Kevin Cuthbertson; his son Andrew Cuthbertson; and his sister Maureen Watson.
