She is survived by: her children, Alfred Freeman (Tammy), JoAnne Hoffmann (Jeff), Ruth Guzek (Tom) and Donna Farnsworth (David); her grandchildren, Donald Freeman (Katie), Alec Freeman, LeAnne Exelby (Dave), Tiffini Hultgren (Brett), Tom Guzek II, Zachary Guzek (Melissa), Victoria Soule (Andrew), Nathan Farnsworth (Jani) and Ross Farnsworth; her great grandchildren, Anna Freeman, Seth Exelby, Evan Exelby, Vada Exelby, Owen Soule, Miles Soule, Micheala Farnsworth and Tatum Farnsworth; and her siblings, Anthony Holstine (Bonnie), James Holstine (Debra), Gerald Holstine (Dana), Dennis Gilbert, Robert Gilbert, Catherine Keeley (Ron) and Christy Cordova. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews.
