He was predeceased by: his parents, Virgil "Pat" Groulx and Reda Groulx. He is survived by: his wife Tammy of Alger; his children, Amanda Southard (Joe) of Grand Blanc, Shawna Birchmeier (Torey) of New Lothrop, Kimberly Haenlein of Midland and Dalton Haenlein of Linden; and his siblings, Mike (Carol) of Baldwin, Dale (Sheila) of Baldwin, Kay Parlberg (Ken) of Birch Run and Pat (Jill) of Baldwin. He is also survived by four grandchildren.
