He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Edmund Chapman and Helen Chapman; his wife Virginia Chapman of Alger; his sons, John Chapman Jr. of Portage, MI and Michael Chapman of Louisville, KY; and his sisters, Suzanne King (James) of Rhome, TX and Caroline Chapman (James Corp) of Pinckney, MI. He was also cherished by several cousins, nieces, nephews.
