James Anthony Guigar II Obituary
James Anthony Guigar II, aged 61, passed away on December 30, 2024, in Alger, Michigan. Born on November 29, 1963, to the late James and Grace Guigar, he brought great joy into the lives of all who knew him.
James was a man whose presence was defined by his love for his family and his sense of humor. He treasured his wife, Penny Guigar, with whom he celebrated a truly special union on June 16, 2024, in Clare, Michigan. His legacy continues through his son, James Guigar III (Cassie), step-daughter, Stacie (John) Joinville and his grandchildren Rangler, Jimmy, Dayton, Billy, Tyler, and Ellie Mae, who were his sources of pride and happiness. In his heart, there was a cherished spot for his Aunt Donna in North Carolina.
A man of adventure and passion, James loved his outdoor activities, from quad rides on Drummond Island to the simple pleasure of a bonfire or kayaking trip with friends. His adventurous spirit was matched by his love of hunting and fishing with his son, playing the drums, and live concerts.
Described by all as loving, funny, and adventurous, James's passion for his family and friends equaled the passion he devoted to his work family at RMC. His absence will be felt profoundly but will be cherished by all the ones who loved him.
