With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Clementine Jeanette Jacobs (Alger, Michigan), born in Cheboygan, Michigan, who passed away on July 28, 2019 at the age of 99. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Kasper Maczka and Anna Maczka (Zbieracz); and her husband John Jacobs. She is survived by: her daughters, Kathleen Shellabarger (Thomas) of Frederick, MD, Susan Werner (James) of New London, MN, Judy Bartnik (Michael) of Bloomfield, MI and Pamela Riley (John) of Ortonville, MI. She is also survived by 8 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, family requests memorial contributions be made to either St. Jude Children's Hospital or yogamovesms.org.
