He was predeceased by: his mother Carolyn McLeish (Haney). He is survived by: his father Harold McLeish; his brother Kevin McLeish (Ginger); and his girlfriend Elaine Miller. He is also survived by other loving family members and good friends.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Carl's family.
