He was predeceased by: his parents, Helen Fish (Luce) and Clemens Fish; and his sister Elaine Smith. He is survived by: his wife Bonnie Fish (Mattingly); his children, Jennifer Latham (Paul), Bethany Adamski (Ken), Barbra Burgess (Scott) and Jeff Fish (Gail); and his siblings, JoAnne Galloway and Roger Fish. He is also survived by 17 grandchildren; and 6 great-grandchildren.
