He was predeceased by: his parents, George Sullivan and Agnes Sullivan (Larrow); and his siblings, Mary Hutchinson, Thomas Sullivan (Debra) and James Sullivan (Sharon).
He is survived by: his wife Patricia Sullivan; his daughter Jeanette Sullivan (Hugh Grundy); and his grandsons, James M. Heinz (Geeta) and Jonathan N. Heinz. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
