She was predeceased by: her parents, Billy Gene Cook and Virginia Jean Cook (Kellogg); and her father-in-law William C Winters. She is survived by: her husband Ed Winters; her sister Susie Ott (Ken); her nephew Tracy Ott (Lois); her niece Lacey Michels; her great-nieces, Lauren and Allison; her mother-in-law Hazelruth Winters; her sister-in-law Tammy Knox; and her close friends, Linda and Allison. She is also survived by her cats and many friends.
