She is survived by: her parents, Gregg Vicary and Jean Vicary (Klepi); her husband Blair L. Williams; her children, Shawn Alan and Bayle Lauren Williams; and her sister Teresa Vicary of Dewitt, MI. She is also survived by many aunts, uncles and cousins.
She, also, loved the hundreds of people who volunteered with the rescue, provided donations or adopted her beloved critters.
