With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Ray Irwin Welburn Jr. of Albion, Michigan, who passed away on February 2, 2023 at the age of 80. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Ray Irwin and Gladys Ragene Welburn, Sr. (Schreimann); and his siblings, George Welburn and April McGeorge. He is survived by: his wife Helen Cascarelli; his sister Patti Tautkus (Dennis); his children, Gina Pritchard (Sherry), Jennifer Johnson (Steve), James Pritchard (Karma) and Timothy Pritchard (Jen); his grandchildren, Timothy Johnson, Olivia Johnson, Nicholas Johnson, Lucas Johnson, Cortney Matherne (Kye), James "Bo" Pritchard, Amelia Pritchard, Arlo Pritchard and Allix Hutchison; his great grandchild Giana Kay Johnson; and his niece Jade Tautkus. He is also survived by many other nieces, nephews and extended family and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital or Shriners Hospitals for Children.
