She is survived by: her former husband Lee Cornish; her child Madi; her grandparents, Thomas, Marilyn Miholer (Neff), John and Shirley Mathews; her great-aunt Uncles; her daughter Madisyn Cornish; her granddaughter Maylee Evans; her son Dylan Cornish; her parents, Mary O'Connor (Michael) and Thomas Miholer; her siblings, Zach Miholer (Darcy) and Marissa Miholer; her aunts and uncles, Laurie Miholer-Zachritz (Garry), Julie Nemire (Rick), Lois Motz (Dave), Lori Southland (Greg), David Miholer (Lisa Armstong), Jim Mathews (Fayma), Kent Mathews (Becky) and Doug Mathews (Lilly); her nieces and nephews, McKenzie Miholer, Maycie Miholer, Maliyah Flowers, Monae Flowers, Bailey Miholer, Charlie Miholer and Cameron Flowers; her great-aunts, Thelda Matthews and Sandy Mathews; and her great-uncle Richard McArdle. She is also survived by her mother, sister and cousins.
