He was predeceased by: his siblings, Clare Wilbur (Dorothy), Glenn Monroe Wilbur, Jr. (Shirley) and Nettie Monroe (Rayburn). He is survived by: his wife Janet; his sons, John Wilbur (Karen) and Richard Wilbur; his brother Frank Wilbur (Shirley); and his nieces, Judy and Linda. He is also survived by grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
