She was predeceased by: her parents, Oscar Lashley and Eunice Newman Lashley; her husband Richard Pethtel Sr.; and her sister Lois McClure. She is survived by: her children, Richard Pethtel Jr. (Diana) of Wellsville, Theodore Pethtel (Julie) of East Liverpool and Cynthia Humphrey (Mark) of Ruther Glen, VA.; and her siblings, John Moore of Gulf Breeze, FL. and Myrtle Lashley of August, GA.. She is also survived by 8 grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren.
