He was predeceased by: his parents, Roland Cooper and Hilda Cooper (Sebastian). He is survived by: his wife Suzanne Wallace; his children, Christine Sampson (James), Penny Price (Jason), Joseph Cooper and Todd Cooper; and his sister Elaine Jones. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren, several great grandchildren, great-great grandchildren and many friends.
