It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lena Maye Flanagan (Albion, Michigan), born in Athens, Alabama, who passed away on May 2, 2019, at the age of 98, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, John Wray and Viola Wray; and her siblings, Mamie, Roberta, Callie, Elizabeth, Donald, Lerman, Raymond and Lester.
She is survived by: her spouse Otha L. Flanagan; her daughter Sherry Flanagan; her granddaughters, Jamie Davis (Aaron Moore) of Lansing and Ashley Shedd (Trevor) of Lafayette; her great grandchildren, Diamyn Lafayette, Malykai Moore, Zaaron Moore, Caylix Moore, Avery Shedd, Dyce Shedd, Dylan Shedd and Devin Shedd; and her close friends, Opal Woods, Trish Pollman and Marjorie Shedd.
