He is survived by: his wife Patricia; his son Michael Putnam (Tracey Reynolds) of Parma; his grandchildren, Kaleigh Putnam, Brooklynn, Justin Putnam, Gavin Putnam, Allyson Balfour and Kevyn Balfour; his son Jason Putnam (Peachie) of Jackson; his grandchildren, Ariel, Douglas, Wiley and Trinity Putnam; his son Christopher Putnam (Katie) of Marshall; his grandchildren, Aly, Claire Putnam and Cori Harris of Marshall; his great grandchildren, Corina Walker, Zoey Irvin, Liam Putnam, Nevaeh Puente, Amiyah Puente, Jasper Puente, Lylah Walker and Luke Walker; and his siblings, Linda Hammontree (Gary) of Tekonsha, Larry Putnam (Joyce) and Curtis Putnam (Kathryn). He is also survived by children and grandchildren.
