She is survived by: her sons, Kevin Holtz and Paul Holtz (Veronica); her grandchildren, Robert Holtz (Jamie), Dillon Holtz, Nick Holtz (Erin), Rusty Holtz, Shannon Collins (Joshua), Amber Banaszak and Brandi Holtz; and her great grandchildren, Devin, Zachary, Carter, Gabriel, Shane, Arianna, Ayla Lou and Jacob.
